Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine. Instructors use palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Yoga

Yoga is a series of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that began in ancient India and Hindu culture. Our program at 1000 Islands Wellness is led by a professional instructor.

Meditation

Meditation helps our clients focus their mind and helps them to strive for a improved emotions. We use meditation therapy to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.

Onsite Gym

Our onsite gym allows clients to participate in daily physical activity. The gym includes free weights, elliptical trainers, treadmills, bowflex trainers and boxing training equipment. In addition, exercise is a great way to improve your health and well being and will aid in your overall recovery.

Kayaking

There is no better way to get up close and personal with the St. Lawrence River and the 1000 Islands then by kayak. We have boats and life jackets available for you to try this growing water sport. *
